RETURN POLICY

 

Thank you for purchasing our Claire Flowers products.

We offer a full money-back guarantee of new, unused merchandise accompanied by a receipt/invoice within 30 days of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your products, you can receive a refund or exchange for new products of your choice.

 

REFUND POLICY

Following the arrival of your return, you will receive an email confirmation. Once you have received that, you can expect your refund within 14 days – credited to your original form of payment or a Gift Card.  Your credit should appear on your next statement but may take 1 to 2 billing cycles. PayPal exchanges must be even. If there is a remaining balance – it will need to be charged to a credit card.

 

 

GIFTS AND EXCHANGES

 

We happily accept gift returns and exchanges free of charge within 30 days of delivery. Gifts purchased online or pop-up shows can be either exchanged for a new item or a Gift Card or fully returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original form of payment. Gift Cards are final sale. You may not return them and receive your money back. The credit on the certificate does not expire.

 

For ship to store returns please package the items and include the original receipt or invoice. Please ship returned items to either the store where the purchase was made or to Claire Flowers Corporate Office at the address below. For simply placing a new order or exchanging please contact customer service.
